- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for the geometric accuracy and working accuracy of CNC horizontal lathes with a maximum turning diameter of 200-1000mm on the bed. This standard is applicable to CNC horizontal lathes for general purpose and ordinary precision. It is also suitable for CNC horizontal lathes with milling and drilling functions. This standard does not apply to machine tool operation inspection (vibration, irregular noise, crawling of moving parts, etc.), machine tool parameter inspection (speed, feed rate, etc.), these inspections should be carried out before accuracy inspection. This standard does not apply to program-controlled lathes.
