- Scope
- This standard stipulates the colors to be applied to level crossing facilities in order to alert pedestrians and motorists attempting to cross the level crossing. Note that color here means the surface color of an object, and does not include things that are caused by colored light, such as the lens of a railroad crossing warning device or the color of an arrow on a train direction indicator.
