Scope

This standard specifies the reliability requirements, test schemes, test methods, failure criteria, data processing and test procedures for mobile FM radiotelephones. This standard is applicable to the reliability test of mobile communication FM radiotelephones and their ancillary equipment that have reliability requirements and whose failure obeys exponential distribution.
