Scope

This standard specifies the type, size, technical conditions and marking methods of torsional shear high-strength bolt connections with thread specifications M16-M24. This standard applies to torsional shear high-strength bolted joints for friction-type connections used in industrial and civil buildings, road and railway bridges, towers, pipe supports, hoisting machinery and other steel structures.
