- This standard specifies the principles, contents and methods of benefit calculation for comprehensive management of water and soil conservation. The benefits of water and soil conservation prevention and supervision will be formulated separately. This standard is applicable to the calculation of the benefits of comprehensive management of water and soil conservation in water erosion areas and areas where water erosion and wind erosion intersect. can also be used in calculations.
