- This standard stipulates the classification of water and soil conservation comprehensive treatment acceptance, various acceptance conditions, organization, content, procedures, achievement requirements, achievement evaluation and establishment of technical files. This standard applies to the acceptance of comprehensive control of water and soil conservation with small watersheds as units. For large and medium watersheds or large-area key control areas above the county level, the control of small watersheds as a unit can be used as a reference.
