Scope

This standard specifies the types of semiconductor integrated circuit CMOS gate arrays (hereinafter referred to as devices), the main electrical characteristics and circuit schematic diagrams/logic diagrams, logic symbols, and type codes of macrocells. The quality assessment of the device shall comply with the relevant detailed specifications of the device. This standard applies to the selection of devices during production (development) or use.
