- Scope
- The development, production, sales, import and export of software products must comply with my country's relevant laws, regulations and standards. Software products containing the following content will not be accepted for evaluation: a) Infringement of other people's intellectual property rights. b) Contains computer viruses. c) May endanger the security of computer systems. d) Does not comply with my country’s software standards. e) Contains content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, etc. 5 Production requirements for software products 5.1 The development and production of software products should comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, and comply with the relevant national technical and safety standards. 5.2 The software products produced by a software product production unit shall be software that the unit owns the copyright or has been licensed by the copyright holder or other rights holder.
