This standard specifies the requirements for the system architecture, data collection interface and status quantity collection range of the substation digital twin system. (1) The system reference architecture stipulates the reference architecture of the substation digital twin system, including the capabilities that the perception layer, network layer, platform layer, and application layer should have and the technical requirements that should be met. (2) Data collection interface specifies data collection interface requirements, including communication protocol, data transmission, data type, interface security, etc. (3) The status quantity collection range specifies the status quantity collection range related to primary equipment, secondary equipment, AC and DC equipment, station environment, automation and communication equipment in the substation.
