Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, transportation, storage and production process flow of chlorate sand cannon (paper tube cylindrical type). This standard applies to friction sand cannon products made by adhering pyrotechnic powder composed of potassium perchlorate, potassium chlorate, and red phosphorus to the sand surface. This standard does not apply to similar products made from other drugs.
