Scope

Principle: The residual aflatoxin B1 in the sample competes with the aflatoxin B1 enzyme label in the test kit for the aflatoxin B1 antibody. The formed enzyme-labeled antigen-antibody complex reacts with the chromogenic reagent and is used with a microplate reader. Measure the absorbance and calculate the aflatoxin B1 content in the sample based on the absorbance value.
