- This document provides guidance and suggestions on the basic principles, overall process, analysis and diagnosis, program formulation and program implementation of marine ecological restoration. This document is applicable to ecological restoration in the internal waters, territorial seas and other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China, and can be used as a reference for other related work. 6.1.1.1 The spatial scope should include the relatively complete physical geographical unit and its administrative area where the marine ecological restoration project is to be implemented. 6.1.1.2 The time limit requirements should include historical data and current data, and historical data should be traced back to the period before ecological degradation.
