- The mobile phone audio and video emergency help and alarm system consists of a user-end mobile phone, a management platform, a forwarding platform and a transmission network. Using mobile phones, users can initiate emergency help, regular alarms and silent alarms, and send audio, video, images, text and location information to the management platform. The management platform receives, stores and displays alarm information in real time. When a user calls an alarm in a roaming location, the alarm information is forwarded to the corresponding roaming location management platform for processing through the forwarding platform.
