- This standard specifies the terms and definitions of livestock and poultry carcass processors, product model compilation rules, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to incinerators, chemical machines, and degradation machines (collectively referred to as processors) that process livestock and poultry carcasses by incineration, chemical processing, and degradation methods.
