Scope: This document specifies the interconnection structure of the public security video surveillance network system (hereinafter referred to as "network system"), the basic requirements and security requirements for transmission, exchange, and control, as well as the technical requirements for control, transmission process, and protocol interface. This document is applicable to the scheme design, system testing, acceptance and related equipment development and production of the public security video surveillance networking system. Other video surveillance networking systems can be implemented by reference.
