Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the photoelectric characteristics of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) for general lighting under variable current/temperature conditions. This standard is suitable for testing the photoelectric characteristics of single-color visible light LED and white light LED devices. Tests of ultraviolet LEDs, infrared LEDs, LED light-emitting components and chips can be performed as a reference.
