This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of cross-linked and thermoplastic polyolefin semi-conductive shielding materials for extruded insulated cables with a rated voltage of 35kV and below. This document is applicable to cross-linked or thermoplastic semi-conductive shielding materials made of polyolefin as the base material, mixed with cross-linking agents and other additives, and made by plasticizing and granulating.
