Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, detection rules, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation of cotton slow-release compound (compound) fertilizers. This standard applies to cotton slow-release fertilizers produced using compound (compound) fertilizer technology and mainly used in cotton areas in the Yangtze River Basin and Yellow River Basin. This standard does not apply to inorganic-coated fertilizers such as sulfur-coated urea (SCU), urea-formaldehyde slow-release fertilizers, and stable fertilizers that use nitrification inhibitor or urease inhibitor technology to delay the transformation of nutrient forms.
