- This part of GB/T25388 specifies the test conditions and test methods for AC-DC-AC voltage converters of doubly-fed wind turbine generator sets (hereinafter referred to as "units"). This Part applies to double-fed variable-speed constant-frequency wind turbine AC-DC voltage converters, namely double-fed converters (hereinafter referred to as "converters").
