- This standard specifies the determination methods of water solubilizing power and water emulsifying power. This standard applies to dry-cleaning detergents or auxiliary products with a concentration of 3g/L~5g/L in the washing tank and other appropriate concentrations. This standard does not apply to solvents and auxiliary products containing high concentrations of surfactants in water, such as chemical cleaning products used for brushing or spraying.
