- This part of GB/T34078 specifies the service implementation framework, basic requirements for service implementation, service implementation basis, and basic architecture, service design, service content, service Provision and Service Use Requirements. This section applies to the service implementation of the cloud-based e-government public platform. Note: Unless otherwise specified, "e-government public platform" and "public platform" in the following chapters refer to "cloud computing-based e-government public platform".
