Scope
This document provides guidance on the color marking of kitchen food cutting and preparation utensils (hereinafter referred to as "kitchen color marking"), and gives the basic principles of kitchen color marking, color marking classification, applicable objects of various color markings, labeling, and suggestions for use. This document is suitable for catering enterprises with an operating area of more than 500 m2 to classify and label kitchen food cutting and preparation equipment. Other catering enterprises can refer to it for implementation.
