This standard specifies the terms and definitions for remanufacturing of rotary drilling rigs, general requirements for remanufacturing, technical requirements for remanufacturing of major systems and components, safety and environmental protection requirements, inspection methods, markings, accompanying documents, transportation and storage. This standard is mainly applicable to the remanufacturing design and production of internal combustion crawler-type rotary drilling rigs in the Hefei remanufacturing cluster. Other types of rotary drilling rigs can also be used with reference.
