DBS45/ 034-2018 Food Safety Local Standard Liuzhou Snail Noodle This standard replaces DBS45/ 034-2016 Food Safety Local Standard Liuzhou Snail Noodle. This standard is replaced by DBS45/ 034-2021 Food Safety Local Standard Liuzhou Snail Noodle. DBS45/ 034-2018 Local Food Safety Standard Liuzhou Snail Noodles This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, food additives, production and processing hygienic requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labels, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of Liuzhou snail noodles. This standard is applicable to Liuzhou snail noodles (convenient and ready-to-eat type) made of dried rice noodles and snail meat soup as the main raw materials, with individually packaged chili oil, pickled bamboo shoots, yuba, peanuts and other ingredients.
