Scope

This standard specifies sample preparation and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay methods for testing diazepam in animal muscles, livers, and kidneys. This standard is suitable for the rapid determination of diazepam residues in animal muscles, livers and kidneys. The detection limit of this method in animal muscle, liver, and kidney is 1.5 μg/kg, and the linear range is: 0.0075ng~0.25ng.
