The lightning impulse withstand test of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is more effective in detecting defects such as abnormal electric field structures and particles on the surface of insulators, and is complementary to the AC withstand voltage. In order to effectively and standardize the on-site lightning impact test of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear of 72.5kV and above, this standard is formulated with reference to relevant standards and specification requirements, and combined with on-site implementation experience.
