- This document provides basic principles, working procedures, data collection, start-up conditions, prevention and control technology and post-management suggestions for the safe use of physical resistance and control technology in heavy metal pollution risk control areas. This document is applicable to physical resistance and control work carried out in the redevelopment and utilization stage of plots where soil pollution risk control and remediation effect assessment have been completed, but the total concentration of heavy metals in the soil has not reached the remediation target value. This document does not apply to physical prevention and control work involving radioactive contaminated land.
