1.0.1 This standard is formulated in order to implement the concept of green development, actively and steadily promote carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and promote the improvement of energy utilization efficiency of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment room systems. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the monitoring and classification evaluation of the energy efficiency of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment room systems using water-cooled chillers with vapor compression refrigeration cycles driven by electric motors. This standard does not apply to cold storage refrigeration machine room systems. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with this standard, the energy efficiency monitoring and classification evaluation of high-efficiency air-conditioning and refrigeration machine room systems should also comply with the relevant national standards.
