Scope
This part of GB/T40808 belongs to the category of machine tool ecological design standards, and is mainly applicable to automatic machine tools and numerical control machine tools. This part focuses on the energy-saving issues during the use stage of the machine tool (that is, within the service life). Energy consumption of machine tools or other environmental impact issues during non-use phases are outside the scope of this standard. These issues require special handling (eg according to GB/T24062-2009). This part applies the eco-design program conforming to GB/T24062-2009 to machine tools, and provides eco-design reports and monitoring results to users and suppliers. Energy efficiency assessment requires quantification of energy consumption and effective output. This section provides guidance on the repeated quantification of energy consumption. Since, in industrial applications, specific individual operations or groups of operations are selected according to the properties of the workpiece to be processed (i.e., material, shape, precision, and surface quality), the constraints of production (e.g., minimum batch size, flexibility), and other appropriate parameters, it may be possible Obtain different effective outputs, therefore, this section does not provide a general method for quantifying effective outputs. This part provides some energy-saving design methods for machine tools. It is not suitable for comparing the energy consumption of different machine tools, nor is it suitable for the comparison of energy consumption and effective output caused by different process methods used by different users during the use of machine tools. Appendix A gives a list of machine tool components, control of machine tool components, combination of machine tool components and environment-related improvement measures. Appendix B gives an application example of this method. Note: Some processing techniques and specific machine tools can significantly change the environmental impact of processing workpieces, such as using special stamping technology to reduce the material of aluminum cans, and improving the performance of compressors through precision forming grinding machines [10,13]. The environmental impact of such a machining process or machine tool may be of lesser importance to the workpiece itself or the use of the workpiece. These changes in the impact of machining workpieces on the environment are not the content of this part, but it may be important to include the environmental impact of products into the comparison content of different processing technologies or different machine tools. Among them, its accuracy may have a significant impact on the environment. Therefore, if you want to compare the impact of different machine tools on the environment, you need to consider this factor.
