Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for the reconstruction of real-life 3D models of substation buildings (structures), equipment, materials and other facilities, including on-site viewing, data collection, data processing, 3D modeling requirements, quality assessment, etc. This document is suitable for real-life 3D modeling of ground lidar in substations.
