1.1.1 Overview Replacement: This part of GB/T 4214 is applicable to electric fans (hereinafter referred to as fans) powered by AC or DC for household and similar purposes, and their accessories and parts. The motor, impeller and housing (if present) form a self-contained unit. This section applies to: --- traditional fans; --- table fans; --- floor fans; --- ceiling fans; --- bladeless fans; --- wall fans; --- ceiling fans; --- - Turning fans; - Column fans; - Ventilation fans and partition fans; - Terrace fans. This section does not apply to: --- Fans used as part of ventilation systems; --- Fans specially designed for industrial use; --- Fans used as parts of appliances (such as cooling fans); --- Fans with additional functions (such as heating , humidification) fans.
