Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, purposes and principles, service guarantees and requirements, and transformation service content for inspection and testing scientific and technological achievements (hereinafter referred to as achievements). This standard is applicable to achievement holders and enterprises or organizations that provide transformation services to achievement holders, and is used to guide the process of transforming achievements into products or services.
