After the sample is melted and leached by alkali, beryllium sulfate is used as a carrier in an ammonia solution to co-precipitate phosphorus and beryllium hydroxide to separate them from other elements. In a nitric acid solution with a certain acidity, ammonium vanadate-ammonium molybdate is used. As a color developer, measure its absorbance at 420nm with a spectrophotometer.
