The aluminum alloy materials used should comply with the regulations of "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extruded Profiles for General Industrial Use" GB/T6892 and "Chemical Composition of Deformed Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys" GB/T3190. All aluminum alloy materials should have factory certificates, quality assurance certificates or test reports, and their chemical composition and mechanical properties should comply with relevant national standards. The selection of cross-section specifications such as aluminum alloy ribbed panels, primary and secondary rib aluminum profiles, and special aluminum profiles for side ribs should be determined through calculation. The actual thickness of the panel should not be less than 3.5mm. Aluminum alloy ribbed panels, various types of profiles and plates should be made of 6061-T6, 6082-T6 or brands with mechanical properties not lower than those of the above brands. The appearance quality of the ribbed panels of aluminum alloy formwork should comply with "General Industrial Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extruded Profiles"
