Scope

This standard specifies the sample preparation and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay methods for testing diethylstilbestrol in feed. This standard is suitable for the rapid determination of diethylstilbestrol content in feed. The detection limit of this method in compound feed is 10 μg/kg, and the detection limit in premixed/concentrated feed is 20 μg/kg. The linear range is: 0.005ng~0.405ng.
