1.0.1 These guidelines are formulated in order to standardize the construction diversion design of pumped storage power stations and ensure that they are technologically advanced, safe, applicable, and economically reasonable. 1.0.2 These guidelines are applicable to the diversion design for pumped storage power station construction. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with these guidelines, the construction diversion design of pumped storage power stations should also comply with the relevant current national standards.
