Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of (ultra) thin copper-aluminum composite busbars. This document applies to (ultra) thin copper-aluminum composite busbars (hereinafter referred to as "busbars") used as current-carrying conductors in dense busbars with rated voltages AC not exceeding 1000V and DC not exceeding 1500V.
