- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitments of portable folding baby walkers (hereinafter referred to as walkers). This standard applies to baby walkers that are foldable and easy to carry. This standard does not apply to medical walkers and walkers with air cushions to support infants.
