Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for 1% oxygen/argon mixture. This document applies to 1% oxygen/argon mixture (hereinafter referred to as 1% oxygen/argon mixture) used in the electronics industry. Oxygen/argon mixtures with other component ratios can be implemented as a reference.
