This document specifies the technical requirements and test methods for LED-based ship extravehicular visible light communication systems. This document applies to LED-based ship extravehicular visible light communication systems. Application scenarios include but are not limited to communication between ships and communication between ships and signal towers. This document can be used to guide the construction of ship's extravehicular visible light communication system, and provide technical reference for the development and use of related equipment.
