Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of vehicle speed limit systems, general requirements, requirements and test methods for vehicles with maximum speed limit systems and adjustable speed limit systems. This standard applies to: 　——Maximum speed limiting devices and adjustable speed limiting devices. ——Class MN vehicles equipped with a maximum speed limiting device or an adjustable speed limiting device. ——M\N category vehicles with maximum vehicle speed limit function or adjustable speed limit function.
