This document specifies the test requirements for dry-type high-frequency transformers used in power electronic transformers, as well as the steps and criteria for insulation resistance measurement, external applied withstand voltage test, induced withstand voltage test, partial discharge measurement, etc. This document is applicable to the insulation test of dry-type high-frequency transformers with rated isolation voltage of 10kV and below, rated capacity not higher than 200kVA and rated frequency of 1kHz to 20kHz.
