Scope

This document stipulates the scrapping principles of shared motorcycles, the scrapping conditions and assessment of complete vehicles, the scrapping conditions and assessment of parts and components, and scrap disposal. This document is applicable to the scrapping assessment and disposal of shared motorcycles and parts that cannot be reused.
