- This standard stipulates the requirements for social evaluation methods of government affairs disclosure, evaluation by third-party agencies, supervision and evaluation by representatives from all walks of life, and mass satisfaction evaluation. This standard applies to administrative agencies at all levels in Sichuan Province, dispatched offices and internal agencies established by administrative agencies that perform administrative functions in their own names in accordance with laws and regulations, and organizations authorized by laws and regulations to manage public affairs. Grassroots mass autonomous organizations (resident committees, village committees) can refer to and implement this.
