This document stipulates the key objectives and key parts of anti-terrorism prevention for units using nuclear technology, as well as overall prevention requirements, normal prevention requirements, abnormal prevention requirements, and technical requirements for security prevention systems. This document applies to the anti-terrorist prevention work and management of nuclear technology utilization units that are identified as key targets for preventing terrorist attacks.
