Scope

This standard provides systematic guidance and suggestions for chemical enterprises to establish, implement, maintain and improve energy management systems. This standard applies to chemical enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises") covered by the chemical industry (hereinafter referred to as the "industry", excluding petroleum refining, ethylene and new coal chemicals).
