Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions of halogen-free polyolefin insulated cables with rated voltages of 450/750V and below, product models, markings, identification of insulated cores, general requirements for cable structure and cable usage guidelines. This document applies to flexible and rigid cables with halogen-free polyolefin insulation and sheath (if any) rated voltage 450/750V and below, for power devices with AC nominal voltage not exceeding 450/750V.
