This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and accompanying documents, packaging, transportation and storage of 1,3-cyclohexanedione, ethylene carbonate and methanol by-product of ethyl methyl carbonate. This document is applicable to the production of 1,3-cyclohexanedione from methyl acetoacetate and methyl acrylate, the production of ethylene carbonate from dimethyl carbonate and ethylene glycol, and the production of ethylene carbonate from dimethyl carbonate and absolute ethanol. In the process of producing methyl ethyl carbonate as raw material, the by-product methanol obtained by distillation is used for industrial production.
