This document specifies the terms and definitions of stainless steel pickling waste acid, basic requirements, recovery and recycling of waste sulfuric acid, recovery and recycling of waste mixed acid, recovery and recycling of waste hydrochloric acid, construction and installation, commissioning and assessment, operation and maintenance, safety and environmental protection requirements. This document is applicable to the engineering construction, operation and maintenance management of waste acid cleaning, recovery and recycling facilities generated by newly built, expanded and renovated stainless steel pickling units in iron and steel enterprises. This document also applies to the engineering construction, operation and maintenance management of waste acid cleaning, recovery and recycling facilities generated by newly built, expanded or renovated carbon steel pickling units in iron and steel enterprises.
