- This document specifies the terms and definitions and evaluation methods for performance evaluation of atomic spectroscopic analysis instruments. This document is applicable to the evaluation of related performance of spark discharge atomic emission spectrometer, laser induced atomic emission spectrometer, glow discharge atomic emission spectrometer, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrometer, atomic fluorescence spectrometer and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.
